Quescreen Transition Update

As part of WHA’s ongoing service optimisation and platform transition strategy, Quescreen will be officially retired from 1 July 2026.

While Quescreen will no longer be available, WHA offers a range of occupational health assessment services in-clinic and an online health and medical related questionnaire with Assessor review. For enquiries regarding transition options to WHA services, please contact stella.chen@wha.net.au.

Existing clients are encouraged to:

• utilise any remaining Quescreen credits prior to 30 June 2026; and
• download and retain any required reports or records
